The Heartwork Missions STAY SENT initiative is more than a resource—it’s a relationship.

To honor our investors, maximize impact, and ensure sustainability, we ask each supported missionary to participate in a simple, relational accountability rhythm that keeps us aligned, encouraged, and effective.

Here’s what we require from missionaries:

✅ Bimonthly Check-Ins

A short touchpoint (every other month) with our team—via Zoom or phone—to share wins, needs, prayer requests, and updates.
We stay connected, encouraged, and aligned.

📷 Content Collaboration

We’ll help tell your story—but we need your voice:

• Submit photos or short videos each quarter (we’ll guide you)

• Participate in occasional content requests for donor updates and campaign features
  You live the story; we help amplify it.

✍️ Annual Support Application

Once per year, missionaries reapply to remain in the program. This keeps our support intentional, fresh, and effective.
It’s not about jumping through hoops—it’s about stewarding vision.

🧠 Simple Metrics & Feedback

Every 6 months, you’ll complete a brief survey—how’s your soul? What’s working? What’s needed?
Your insight shapes how we serve you—and others.

🤝 In-Person Visit (Every 2–3 Years)

A Heartwork team member will visit your location to encourage, support, and assess on-the-ground needs.
We believe face-to-face presence brings perspective and builds trust.

💬 Kingdom Collaboration

We invite missionaries to:

• Refer others in need of support

• Share stories of transformation for the Heartwork community

• Join optional retreats (when available)
